Privacy in Arrlo.
An overview of the information used to connect your services, load your library, and deliver notifications.

Your connected services
Arrlo uses the server addresses and credentials you provide to communicate with your selected services. Requests can include searches, library information, and actions you take in the app. Those services process requests under their own privacy practices.
Information on your device
Arrlo stores connection settings, preferences, and cached media information so the app can remember your setup and load previously viewed content. The app uses Apple’s Keychain for stored service secrets.
Artwork, search, and metadata
Arrlo uses media providers, including TMDB and MDBList, to retrieve artwork and information about movies and shows. Some requests pass through Arrlo’s media proxy, hosted on Cloudflare. Requests can contain search terms, media identifiers, and other parameters needed to return results. Network providers can also process request information such as IP addresses.
Optional push notifications
When you enable remote notifications, Arrlo registers an installation identifier and an Apple push-notification token with its notification gateway. The gateway stores device-registration information and authentication hashes to route and protect notification delivery.
Connected services can send event details, including media titles and release or request information, through the gateway and Apple’s Push Notification service. The gateway uses Cloudflare storage and queues, and records delivery diagnostics. You can disable notifications in Arrlo or in your device’s settings.
Retention and controls
Cached information is stored on your device. Gateway event identifiers used to prevent duplicate notifications are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. Disabling notifications stops delivery; it does not itself delete the gateway registration.

This website and support
This website does not currently include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or newsletter forms. Its hosting provider can process network requests and operational logs. If you email support, the information you choose to share is used to respond to your request.
