Email hey@creobe.com. If you’re reporting an issue, include your Arrlo version, device, iOS version, and the service you’re connecting to.
Please leave out passwords, API keys, access tokens, and private server addresses. Redact these details from screenshots.
Having trouble connecting?
- Check that the service is running and reachable from your device.
- Confirm the server address and credentials in your Arrlo connection settings.
- If your server is only available on your home network, connect to that network or your existing VPN.
- Try again, then email us the error message if the problem continues.
About the full unlock
Sonarr and Radarr connections are free. The one-time $9.99 USD purchase unlocks every current feature and connection, including Plex, Jellyfin, Seerr, qBittorrent, and SABnzbd, plus everything added in the future. No subscription or additional purchase is required.
